Never forget the initial intention, keep moving forward
Before transitioning from a student to a working professional, I was filled with passion, thinking: As long as I have a job, I will work hard. When I changed to a new position, I also thought that I should work harder and return the recognition of my leaders and colleagues. However, unconsciously, we began to shirk responsibility. "This is not my job," "You should ask them about this," "This is not my responsibility"... and so on. We have forgotten our original aspirations! What is the original aspiration? I believe that the original aspiration is a grateful heart, a heart that is positive, upward and striving.
Never forget the initial intention, cherish the work
Some people feel that they have devoted their whole lives to the company and feel a little unwilling. People who have this kind of idea have forgotten the joy of getting this job. "We are contributing to the company" is a common thought we have. However, the fact is that every day in the company, whether busy or idle, whether we contribute or not, we will receive a salary at the end of the month, a relatively good salary. So "dedication" cannot be mentioned. Compared with those who get up early and stay up late, work hard and can only receive a meager salary, how happy we are in our work! Someone will say that this only applies to those who are not doing well, and many others are doing very well. But looking at the epidemic this year, how many companies have closed down, seeing the difficulties faced by those in the catering and tourism industries, we are probably secretly thankful in our hearts? When we feel that the outside world is wonderful, we do not know that the outside world is also helpless, so never forgetting the initial intention and cherishing the job is our precious current situation.
Never forget the initial intention, dedication and struggle
Of course, in work, we will also experience some setbacks, encounter some injustice, but there is nothing perfect in the world, and problems will exist wherever there are people in any industry. Since we have chosen the company, we should love it and work hard. Inamori Kazuo once said, "Everyone is a manager." The company is a big family. If everyone thinks for their company and works hard to create profits for the company, the company will surely thrive. As a member of the company, I will do my best to work, because I understand the saying "A small river has water, a big river is full, and a big river has no water, and a small river is dry." Only when the company is strong can we be relatively wealthy; if the company's strength declines and collapses, then the individuals in this collective will have no income. The company's affairs are our own affairs, closely related to ourselves. What reason do we have not to dedicate ourselves to the development of the company?
